In Ear Headphones

These are the best earphones for the audiophile runner, the sound quality is generaly greater than either an on ear, neckband or sports hook type of headphone.
This is due to the design of the in ear headphone which sits firmly in the ear canal blocking out the outside world.
For a runner this can create a serious safety issue in that your ears are what you use to "see" behind you.
That said the sound is AWESOME and for me worth the risk

In ear headphones are usually supplied with a variety of earplug fitments to accomodate most ears but there is the option on some of custom fitment for added comfort.
